External Calibration Electronic Blood Pressure Meter

Blood pressure meter is an important instrument for monitoring blood pressure of human.In 2010 the JJG692-2010 ?Verification regulation of noninvasive blood pressure meter?was released and the procedure explicitly indicated the need totest the static pressure and blood pressure repeatability of electronic blood pressure gauges.But at present the sphygmomanometer do not have static pressure measurement function and the calibration function which can?t calibrate the Sphygmomanometer when the Sphygmomanometer was inaccurate.Therefore,we are committed to develop the Electronic blood pressure gauge with calibration function.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The Electronic blood pressure monitor status and blood pressure measurement method was studied,and put forward a kind of pulse wave signal folding principle method of blood pressure measurement.(2)Analyzed the reason why the blood pressure meter was inaccurateand the static pressure calibration method is proposed by modifying the characteristic curve of the pressure sensor in the blood pressure gauge,also the blood pressure calibration method by modifying the internal systolic and diastolic blood pressure coefficients of the blood pressure gauge.(3)In order to realize the requirement of static pressure test,the internal mechanical structure of the blood pressure meter was improved which can make the external pressure source act on the pressure sensor of the blood pressure gauge avoiding the interference of the air pump and the exhaust valve for the pressure sensor.(4)Completed the design of the circuit as well as the preparation of the software program and producedone prototype of electronic blood pressure gauge with calibration function.(5)Measurement and calibration experiments are carried out on the prototype.The experimental results show that the prototype meets the requirements of the JJG692-2010 ?Verification regulation of non-invasive blood pressure meter?.The calibration experiment results show that the prototype can make the prototype to re accurate measurement of static pressure and blood pressure and the accuracy was improved.
