| Propose : The blood pressure simulator is an important test equipment to check the performance of blood pressure inspecting device,and its own performance has a direct influence on the reliability of the performance test of blood pressure measuring device.Blood pressure simulator as a kind of mechanical and electrical equipment,its performance will over time and environmental interference and a drop in the function,but the current method of blood pressure simulator performance evaluation is less.Therefore,research on new type of blood pressure simulator performance testing method is very necessary,for the blood pressure simulator own quality inspection work,and blood pressure control device of measurement traceability problem has very important value.Therefore,this study proposes a simulation based on the curve of "O" blood pressure instrument performance testing method,designed and developed the analog meter output curve of "O" blood pressure testing equipment,has realized the accurate detection of blood pressure simulator performance.Methods: Virtual instrument technology is used to design the blood pressure simulator output "O curve" detection device,and to detect the performance of the blood pressure simulator.The "O curve" testing equipment of the blood pressure simulator is composed of two parts: the upper machine and the lower machine.Among them,the lower machine is the pressure control collector,realizes the acquisition of the oscillating wave of the blood pressure simulator;the monitoring software is compiled by the LabVIEW programming environment,and the control software realizes the control and signal of the lower machine.The O curve of the blood pressure simulator is measured and analyzed,and its performance is quantitatively evaluated.In the process of research,a method of noise reduction for oscillating wave signal is proposed in order to reduce the noise reduction effect of Butterworth bandpass filter with the increasing frequency of oscillating wave.The static pressure signal of the cuff is separated by the low pass filter,and the oscillating wave signal is obtained by using the collected signal to reduce the cuff static pressure signal.Then the heart rate prediction is carried out for the preprocessing(including the data interception and the high frequency interference removal),and the median and mean filtering of the continuous small cardinal number are determined according to the heart rate value.The small base number and the number of cycles,and finally,the small cardinal number,the median and the mean filter.Results: In the study,four models of blood pressure simulator of Uni-sim,BP Pump 2L,ProSim8 and SJ99 D were used respectively.The "O curve" measured by the blood pressure simulator test equipment in this study was consistent with the default "O curve".The results show that the design of the detection device can achieve the "O curve" measurement of blood pressure analog output.The "O curve" was measured by the blood pressure simulator for 10 consecutive times,and the mean value of variation coefficient CV(x)of four blood pressure simulator were 0.783%,0.281%,0.636% and 0.505%,respectively.The results show that the device can achieve quantitative evaluation of repeatability of blood pressure simulator output.The reference "O curve" was fitted by the "O curve" output by the continuous measurement of blood pressure simulator.The mean values of the "O curve" and the "O curve" of the four blood pressure simulator were 0.0122,0.0043,0.0173 and 0.0138 respectively.The results show that the accuracy of the O curve of blood pressure simulator can be evaluated quantitatively by the device.The comparison of the three noise reduction methods shows that the noise reduction effect of the small cardinal median and mean filtering algorithm is better,the signal to noise ratio(SNR)is 24.7129,the original noise reduction method is 30.94%,the mean square deviation(RMSe)is 0.0486,and the original denoising method is reduced by 71.09%.Conclusion: The test equipment designed and developed in this paper can measure the "O curve" of the analog output of blood pressure,and can evaluate the reproducibility and accuracy of the output of the blood pressure simulator.The denoising method proposed in this study is good for noise reduction and is suitable for the oscillating wave signals output from different preset values,so as to achieve the accurate construction of the "O curve".The testing equipment of this research and research and development provides a feasible technical means for the quality control and measurement of the blood pressure simulator.It provides support for the related technical standards of the blood pressure simulator,and has great application and popularization value. |
