LED is known as the fourt h light ing source in huma n history because of its new light-emitt ing for m and great energy-saving ab ilit y.C ompare wit h tradit io na l light ing met hods,the energy-saving advanta ges of LED la mps are mainly e mbodied in t hree aspects: more light energy release,less power consumpt ion,longer lifet ime.As a new type of light ing source,LED la mps have a good working stab ilit y and high re liab ilit y.Moreover it has a high secur it y because of low driving vo ltage.So LED la mps get more and more recognit ion a nd fa vor and it w ill ha ve a bright future a nd broad market prospects.Switching power supply w it h high effic ie ncy is used as the driving power of LED la mps in t his desig n.The o utput o f dr iving power is set to 6W(30V/0.2A)and constant current mode is adopted to ensure that LED la mps work stably.The follow ing results are obtained:1)The driving power's circuit structure and protective measures are designed reasonably.Meanwhile ceramic capacitor is used to replace the electrolyt ic capacitor as the filter ing capacitor.These change great ly extended the working lifet ime of dr iving power.2)The independent control c ircuit is designed to realize the reasonable use and auto mat ic contro l o f the la mps' dr iving power.According to the feedback signa l,the contro l c ircuit can achie ve the funct io n that t he driving power of LED la mps can be automat ica lly tur ned on/o ff.The feedback signa l is from Pyroe lectric infrared detector whic h can detect huma n radiat ion signa l and light contro l c ircuit w hic h can detect illuminat ion intens it y.In additio n,the ha nd switc h is used to realize the funct io n whic h can change the working cond it ion o f control c ircuit among constant light ing or ext ingu is hing and automat ic control.The n the dr iving a nd control c irc uits ha ve a good reliab ilit y are proved by experiments.3)The secondary optical design is made to improve la mp's use effic ie ncy of light energy,t hen get a unifor m illuminat ion spot on tar get sur face 1M away fro m light source.
