With the blossom and adhibition of contemporary technology, product reliability of great importance. Meanwhile, test equipment become more and more intelligent, customers and enterprises will not meet the current situation, and bring new challenge on product performance. The driver controller is an important tool for the driver to control the train's running state, and its reliability directly affects the safety of the train. Therefore, before it swarm into market, a comprehensive test is need to verify its performance. Of which, life test is more important, and the paper is mainly about testing the reliability.The detailed design of the life testing system is introduced in this paper, including the host computer,DSP control and acquisition module, motor driver, motor and driver controller test bench. Host computer is mainly based on development platform, Lab VIEW. The main achievement is communication with DSP. DSP control and acquisition module mainly realizes the motor control, the acquisition of driver controller cam switch logic and potentiometer output voltage value, processing and transmission to the host computer. Motor driver based on PWM produced by DSP module drives the motor move according to the provisions movement. Motor through the retarder drives the handle of the driver controller, in the process of driver controller handle rotation, DSP real-time acquisite and transmit.At present, the output signal of the driver controller in used, include the switching logic and voltage signals. Switching logic is changed by a set of cam controlling electrical contact. The output voltage signal is come from the rotary potentiometer. In general, different models of the driver controller give out different signals. Therefore, the system needs to be able to test different types of driver controller. Through setting interface, workers can configure parameters of various types of driver controller, through the function of configuration the versatility of the system is improved.In order to boost the productiveness and cut down the cost, the system adopts master-slave network structure to realize one to many network structure, a PC control 10 sets of DSP module, so as to drive the ten sets of driver controllers are working together.At last, some problems of the departments and settling are talked out. The test shows that this system has realized the original design, complete the test tasks, meet the testing requirements. The system provides an effective and feasible platform for the life testing of train drivers controller, and improves the production efficiency, reliability and maintainability of the train driver controller.
