| Harness the rapid development in today’s electronic and information age, and in the fields of automobiles, home appliances, communications equipment, computers, aviation, and other military equipment have been widely used.The automatic processing of multi-color line and multi-standard wiring harness connector products currently can not be realized in our country.A fully automatic multi-color line feeding crimping and interpolating machine is designed. This paper mainly complete the design of Multi-color Line Feeding and Crimping machine, calculate the time of the whole system, optimize the time of operation.Using 3D software of SolidWorks, the composition of main mechanical are presented. By designing an multi-color line feeding frame, the machine can feed different wires simultaneously.Through simultaneous operation 7 same splice machines, it provides the ability to connect lines of different specifications with 5 types of crimping terminals machine; by designing an automatic line wiring system realized by mechanical wiring machine with guidance system, the machine can make precise wiring even with thin lines, which reduces wiring inefficiency. By using ANSYS analysis, not only the static analysis of the switching board of each mechanism is carried out, the intrinsic frequency and the vibration modal of the wire frame are also got. Analyses its resonance condition, it verify the operation reliability. Meanwhile, through calculate the time of the whole system, it is found that interpolating needs the longest time of the whole process. The prototype test was carried out for the part of the interpolation, to test the prototype interpolation, success rate and how much time each action takes. The time of operation is optimized under the premise to ensure the success rate of implantation. Final insertion speed of 1.43 s/root accelerate the speed of the machine running. |
