The Innovative Design Of Intermittent Mechamisn In MW1050 Die Cutting Machine

Intermittent paper feeding mechanism is one key part in the die cutting machine. Its dynamic performance directly affects the working accuracy of die cutting machine. Based on the analyze of the motion law of intermittent paper feeding mechanism, this paper designs and studies new mechanism for the intermittent mechanism, which concludes conjugate cams and sector gear. The paper also makes the conjugate cams parameterize, which can provide references to design and research of the die cutting machine.The main contents of this subject concludes:(1) Through analyzing the structure of intermittent paper feeding mechanism, the motion characteristic,main parameter and the follower motion law of the parallel indexing cam mechanism in the MW1050 die cutting machine, it provides the foundation for the design of the new mechanism.(2) The new mechanism was designed based on the structure and motion law of the original intermittent mechanism which concludes conjugate cams and sector gear. It calculates the angle displacement,the angle velocity and the angle acceleration of the new mechanism in the velocity of 6000 and 7500 turn per hour, plots the motion curve with MATLAB, which provides references for the emulation analysis .(3) This paper builds model and emulates for the new mechanism in the velocity of 6000 and 7500 turn per hour with SolidWorks software, it compares the parameter emulation motion curve with the theoretical parameter curve and analyzes the deviation , which find out the motion curve of the new mechanism meet the need of the work..(4) The parameterization software of conjugate cams was designed, which is operated easily. The software can design the conjugate cams and analyze the motion performance of the mechanism. Its output is simple and perspicuous in means of data and figure. It can provide the references for designing and improving the intermittent mechanism.The subject takes the manufacturing practice as start point and designed the new intermittent mechanism, which can implement the intermittent motion's stationary and reliability of the un-died paper in high-speed situation. There is the important meaning to increase the rate and stability of the die cutting machine and also can provide good platform to research and application of die cutting machine.
