Biomass energy as the world's fourth largest energy, its use for improving the world energy structure and improving the rural ecological environment is of far-reaching significance. But how to reasonable development and utilization of biomass energy has become the human function to solve the problem.Biomass flat die molding machine, with its small volume, light weight, simple structure and a series of characteristics to become outstanding in the biomass molding equipment, and received very good research and development.Based on the research of the current biomass flat die molding equipment structure and its related research results, believe that the biomass of die cutting machine is still key-module wear, high energy consumption and the difficulty of maintenance, and a series of shortcomings. Therefore, with the method of plunger stamping, considering from the raw material particle size, moisture content, length to diameter ratio, mould taper hole opening four aspects to carry out the biomass fuel normal out of the mold and the mold quality influence biomass flat moulding molding experiments. The whole machine's structure optimization, increase productivity, reduce cost, thus to promote the use of biomass fuel is of great significance.Second from the level of the theory of the roller die movement process and key-module mechanics analysis, it is concluded that the flat die is running after a period of time will appear badly worn. Finally has carried on the corresponding to die by use of ANSYS software, finite element analysis of the living material flat moulding molding device design and optimization, as well as the molding fuel to maintain their own ability and reduce the wear all provide a theoretical basis.
