The pipe systems of the ships are one the important constituent parts of the ship-based equipment, and provide water, oil, gas and other mediums. They are the weakness of the shock resistance of the ships. If they were broken down when suffering the explosion, not only the ship equipments shut down, but also the leak of the oil and gas may harm the personnel security. Consequently, the study of the shock resistance of the ship pipe systems is significant for the improvement of the shock resistance of the integral ship.This paper will research the shock resistance of the ship pipe systems by means of the boundary conditions, the installation ways, the structure of pipes and other fields. At the same time, provide a kind of structure of the shock resistance pipe hanger. The principal jobs of this paper include the following four aspects:(1)Introduce the description methods of the impact response and representing methods of the shock loads in time domain of pipes. Study the simplified method of the general elastic pipe hanger in finite element calculation, by means of establishing the three-dimensional finite element model of the pipe hanger. Introduce two kinds of attended modes between pipes and linked equipments, and the adoptive simplified constraint models of the pipe ends in the finite element method calculation.(2)Based on the spacing table of the pipe hangers on national standard, study the mounting position of the general elastic pipe hanger and the relationship between the elastic stiffness of the pipe hangers and the mass of the pipes, by means of finite element method calculation. Summarize the rules of the mounting position and the choice of the elastic stiffness insuring the shock resistance of the pipes. And verify the validity of the rule through the finite element method calculation.(3)Study the impact response of the typical pipe structures which installed using pipe hangers with different elastic stiffness and connecting the equipments in diverse attended modes. Discuss the influence of the typical pipe structures by boundary conditions, the arrangement and elastic stiffness of the pipe hangers. Summarize the influence factors of the shock resistance of the typical pipes.(4)Put forward a kind of three-dimensional shock resistance pipe hanger, by look up a mass of domestic and overseas patents and documents of pipe hangers, which can improve the shock resistance of pipe systems in vertical, lateral and longitudinal three directions, at the same times, the pipe hanger has higher rigidity in vertical, lateral and longitudinal three directions, which can decrease faulted risk when the pipe hanger suffers the impact effect. Besides, compared with the general elastic pipe hanger, to obtain the mend matters of the. pipe systems shock resistance by using three-dimensional shock resistance pipe hanger.
