With the rapid development of China's power grid,regular maintenance gradually can't meet the requirements of intelligent substation maintenance,condition based maintenance has become the current trend of equipment maintenance.And the equipment status assessment is the key of condition-based maintenance technology.Condition assessment is an assessment model which predicts the fault trend of equipments based on The current status of monitoring data,historical data and family data.This paper evaluates the running state of electric power secondary equipment based on the condition monitoring and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.At first the paper analyzed the related parameters in the online monitoring system of intelligent substation which can reflect the working state of secondary equipments.From the need of condition assessment,Relay protection,measurement control unit,secondary circuit,merging unit and the communication network were selected as factors of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Based on different influenced degree,determining the factor index's weight in the model by using analytic hierarchy process.Combined with the type of membership function used in engineering and characteristics of parameters,the membership function of each factor is established.And the weight average fuzzy operator is used to evaluate the running state of the secondary equipment.The latest maintenance time of secondary equipment is estimated Based on the exponential relationship between the current operating state and the failure rate of equipment.Through the example analysis,the method summarized 5 factors which effected the operation of the secondary system,estimated the working condition of the secondary system,and provide a new method for condition based maintenance.
