Thematic Landscape Design About Phoenix Pear Theme Park In Louhe Zhengzhou

Continuous development of society and continuous advance of the economy leading to huge changes of lifestyle,tourism became one of the mainstream products of masses consume.Theme Park is a modern tourist place that is creative in terms of landscape construction and activity mode.Human have been especially keep on the construction of theme park,many studies have been done about Theme Park,mostly were for commercial theme park which is aim at the pursuit of economic interests,however,there is not enough attention have been paid for construction and development of the public welfare theme park which have huge social and ecological benefits.On the basis of a large number of literatures,this paper defines the relevant concepts,clears the distinction among theme park,city park and amusement park,attempts to discribe the nature and function of public welfare theme park,and then elaborates the innovation and development of theme parks through aspects of innovation at cultural connotation,functional,technological,forms of the theme and landscape.In this paper,we study about the theme park planning and design,summarize the theory and methods of theme park in the location,theme selection,design techniques,overall arrangements,theme landscape design.The studies of three theme park(one commercial theme park--Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen,Denmark,two public welfare theme parks--Agriculture Park theme park in Sabah,Malaysia,Riverside ecological theme park in Alaer,China)provide valuable theory,practical experience and creative inspiration for planning and design of public welfare theme park.After field surveying in Louhe,Zhengzhou,we get certain knowledge about project background,regional interpretation,project general situation,as well as landform,vegetation et al.Taking into account the contradiction between environmental protection and economic development,in the planning and design of this theme park,we choose pear which not only has ornamental,ecological,economic value,but also is suit for growing in Louhe as the theme,pear trees landscape as the feature,pear culture as the content.Finally,ecological conservation and water conservation as the first goal,basic pattern of this theme park is three main landscape nodes,three green belt,one service center.On the base of current landform,natural resources,infrastructure,the creative planning and design of thematic landscape contains project location,planning objectives,planning principles,overall concept,overall planning,zoning planning and design,theme activities design,visitors capacity control and so on.
