The Research And Application Of Landscape Ways Of The Theme Park In Commercial Space Design

The commercial real estate with brief model can no longer satisfied the customers' need and merchants' appetite in this changeable social environment,meanwhile theme park becomes one of the most popular architecture design types.China has built up several top theme parks in the world within these years,for instance,Disneyland in Shanghai,and the upcoming of Universal Studios in Beijing and LEGOLAND in Shanghai.For being unskilled on theme parks'design and building,designers in China are just copy and learn the design and technology of famous park abroad.The construction technology is easy to learn,while the overall IP culture,and the working situation and attitude is much more critical during theme park design process.Plenty of the technology and methods can be applied in interior design.With the acceleration of the pace of life and work,people fail to raising the level of life quality.The rapid development of internet has made impact and strike to commercial entity to some extent,nevertheless,theme park is able to evoke peoples' sprite world and put much fresh energy.Therefore,thematic commercial space becomes the hero of traditional commercial model.This paper analyze the design principle,scenario planning rules,unique approaches of landscaping of theme park,and then use these results of research for commercial spaces.There'll be huge improvements for commercial spaces with the application of these new methods and ideas.The innovation of design can not only bring the new feelings of psychological and physiological aspects,but also bring a favorable turn for merchants,which will benefit the development of commercial spaces' situation.This paper is mainly based on the research of Disneyland and Downtown Disney in Shanghai,which includes learning summary during the site building,examples and situation of theme park both in China and abroad,and the design methods and current situation of commercial spaces.It combines the feature and method of theme park with the design of commercial space,such as original quality,unique feature,narrative quality,thematic characteristic,entertaining feature,educational quality,and thematic plastering.And it explains the influence and efficiency brought by the merit and innovation of design method.The aim is to extend the style area of commercial space,and prove that design can change social economy and have impact on human living conditions and spiritual world.
