Application Of Total Quality Management In Building Curtain Wall Engineering Research

In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, real estate as a national pillar industry, led building curtain wall construction industry rapid development. At the same time improve the basic living guarantee, aesthetic requirements for buildings is also increasing? A large number of large public buildings, commercial office buildings and high-end residential continue to emerge, and that promote the building walls become an important branch in the construction industry. Industry data shows that the construction curtain wall industry output value in 2014 has reached 400 billion yuan, and it is expected in 2020 will reach 500 billion yuan or more.Curtain wall construction industry continues to grow, but industry management levels are uneven.The main purpose of this paper is to total quality management theory used in building curtain wall construction management process, establish a viable building curtain wall construction quality management system. Through the practical application of building curtain walls engineering, feasibility and operability of total quality management theory are tested in construction curtain wall project quality management, and quality control measures and suggestions are proposed to improve the quality of management and efficiency of building curtain wall engineering, lessons for the future construction project quality control, provide reference.This paper includes the following:the analysis of the results of the study at home and abroad curtain wall quality developments; review of the basic theory of quality management; to carry out research projects, expert advice for building curtain wall construction process related to the quality, summarize the response measures that may arise during the actual construction quality problems, and analyze the quality for construction process using mathematical statistics methods; on the base of total quality management theory, the PDCA cycle to be introduced in quality management curtain wall project; the preparation of building curtain walls management system; through a comprehensive quality management system for use in the engineering example, analyze the feasibility and lack of its application in the construction process, put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:if we introduce the concept of total quality management in construction management of building curtain wall engineering process, and use the PDCA cycle principle which one it to establish construction quality management system,it not only can improve the quality of management of building curtain wall construction, strengthen the construction manager to analyze the problems and ability to solve problems, but also can save cost control construction management.
