Research On Quality Control Of Large Thermal Power Projects Based On The Owners

Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development, demand for electricity continues to increase, increasing competition in the market has led to some construction units in order to pursue greater benefits of the construction period, some of the construction enterprises in order to win the project, at low cost, nausea, quality management position has been challenged in recent years, thermal power engineering quality accidents are more than the situation.This paper takes the project of 2*300MW unit of Xinjiang W power plant as a case, and analyzes the factors affecting the quality of thermal power project by using the method of case analysis. To analyze the quality defects found in the construction process, summarize the causes of the defects, and explore the key points of the construction in the early stage, design stage, construction stage and acceptance stage.
