| More and more owners and designers began to focus the slurry anchor prefabricated shear wall structure which is good for construction speed, high build quality and sustainable development projects, etc. The components of slurry anchor prefabricated shear wall structure with metal corrugated tube including:metal corrugated tube hole closure buckle confining reinforcement grouting reinforced anchor concrete shear wall, prefabricated laminated slab, prefabricated pile composite beam. The prefabricated vertical member is connected with the steel bar through the hole of the metal corrugated pipe, and the prefabricated composite member is connected with the integral connection of the structure.The Chinese seismic design requirements during the technical introduction and transformation should be considered. This paper researched on seismic performance of the largest force of a building of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure in Nantong. The main contents are described as follows:1. This paper studied the seismic performance comprehensively through the low reversed cyclic loading test onthe space structure model of the slurry anchor prefabricated shear wall structure. With the component cracking, the yield and failure process and failure pattern analyzed under low reversed cyclic loading, the component of crack development, hysteresis properties, strength degradation and stiffness degradation, ductility and energy dissipation capacity analyzed, as well as the strain distribution of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure analyzed under the horizontal load, the result of this experiment showed that he slurry anchor prefabricated shear wall structure had better seismic performance.2. Using the ABAQUS software to simulate the test model to reveal the in-plane load-bearing behavior of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure further. Including the strain and stress of concrete and reinforced bars well as the development and form of the cracks are analyzed in the whole load-bearing process.3. By comparing the test results and software results, the test results were in good agreement with software results. With the research above, prefabricated concrete shear wall structure had a good seismic performance. For the reasonable design and construction of the connection joint, the prefabricated concrete shear wall structure system may reach seismic performance of the in-situ structures.Finally, based on the summary of this paper, some new construction of the connection joints and the unsolved problems of prefabricated concrete shear wall structurel had been expounded. |
