The Application Of Infill Construction Technology In Rural Housing Renovation

Under the context of new urbanization,rural residents in china are facing the changing of life style and the mode of production.Rural housing are no longer able to adapt to the new era of household requirements. This kind of incommensurate gradually cause the marginalization of the value cognition of rural housing. Current rural construction strategy focus on economy efficiency and fairness,with the large scale reconstruction and equalitarian planning,rural residential quality improves.On the other hand,basic regional distinctiveness is losing and causes the fact of homoplasy.How to make the rural housing readjust to the new context and align the construction efficiency with cultural protection,constituting the research motivation of the thesis.Since the modernism movement, the theory and technology of building industrialization has witnessed long-period development and practice and became almost mature up to now. The advanced technology and market system of building industrialization represented by Japan have created remarkable architecture value for urban collection houses.However, looking through the history of architecture, the technology of building industrialization is rarely applied in rural areas. Industrialization is characterized by standardization and large quantity,while the rural area is featured by self-reliance, spontaneity and differentiation.But, this doesn't mean that industrialized building technology has nothing in common with rural buildings. The standardized principles in the past have been turned into partial standardization and then individualization.SI residence is a representative example in this direction of changing as its division of a building into supporting parts and changeable parts makes industrialization technology flexible to certain extent.Under this condition, the paper develops with the idea of the application of the technology, takes traditional rural under the background of new type of urbanization as research objects and focuses on the application of infill construction technology in the protective renovation of traditional rural housing in SI residence system. It puts forward the reasonable transformation of the basic meaning of infill construction technology in traditional rural houses, confirms the technological advantages of infill construction method in rural housing renovation and mainly discusses the operability of this method.The paper starts from an overview of SI architecture system and infill construction technology, stating the theoretical framework and technical system of infill construction technology. Then it conducts a detailed investigation for traditional rural housing in the south of Jiangsu Province, pointing out representative problems in rural housing and common demands of the farmers. Moreover, the paper discusses the translation and reconstruction of infill construction technology system in traditional rural housing renovation and proposes infill construction technology and component system specific to traditional rural houses. Under this basis, the research further deepens the technical application and implementation through case design and research of demonstration project so as to test verify and track the research result.
