The construction enterprise is a high-risk industry, there were 442 production safety accidents about municipal housing projects in 2015, the number of the death were 554 people. And 90% of construction accidents happened in the construction team, the author finds that team sharing of safety information helps improve safety performance, which can reduce accidents. But the researches about safety information of team have lacked, how to quantify the level of efficiency for the sharing of safety information has been lacking of effective methods. From the point of social network analysis (SNA), this paper trys to quantify the level of the efficiency of safety information sharing.The paper refers safety information includes all types of security-related content besides safety knowledge, completing the transition from knowledge management to information management, from safety knowledge sharing to safety information sharing. Based on the theory of social network system, the author trys studying the construction teams of the same type of works, exploiting scenarios interviews, questionnaires and interviews methods to collect network data, finally calculating the Density and Centrality of the Index as a measure of safety information sharing efficiency.Firstly, the paper analyzes domestic and foreign knowledge management, safety information sharing, the construction team and the direction of SNA theory research, then the paper points out that the current research lacks domestic and foreign construction team sharing of safety information, lacks the sharing level of quantization and paves the way of the SNA applications for safety information sharing efficiency.Secondly, the paper discusses safety information sharing mechanism of construction enterprises, team safety information sharing factors were analyzed. Based on some assumptions the author establishes mathematical model of the construction team safety information sharing platform, conducting simulation analysis, and describing the functional analysis of safety information sharing platform. Ultimately the paper concludes that:Improving the efficiency of the team members and sharing can shorten the time to solve the safety problems of the team, and improving the efficiency of safety information sharing is more efficient than improving the problem-solving ability of members to shorten the time of solving the safety problems, also pointing out that safety information sharing can facilitate staffs to accept and learn new safety information to improve safety performance.Next, the author establishes the safety information sharing model of team under the perspective of SNA, noting the network concept of sharing behavior. Then the author explains SNA indicators and their specific meaning, focusing on Density and Centrality to lay the foundation for the fifth chapter empirical cases.Finally, the fifth chapter is case studies, using SNA method to inspect the efficiency of safety information sharing for two scaffolders teams, using UCINET software to output network diagrams, and calculating the Density and Centrality. The analysis and comparison of safely information sharing of two scaffolders teams are made in the end. The result shows that the SNA can analyze the situation of safety information sharing, while finding the communication path and key node among members. Also pointed out the problems inside the team, and the author proposes appropriate solutions against the problems identified. In summary, the paper provides new ideas and new ways of building safety team.
