| In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge management is an extremely important content in enterprise management activities,and it is the basis for the survival and inno vation of enterprises and teams.Knowledge sharing is a necessary means to achieve kno wledge management goals.As the work team gradually becomes the operating unit of ea ch enterprise,effective knowledge sharing within the team can increase the team’s knowl edge stock,promote business innovation and process innovation has become the main so urce and guarantee for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in market competition.The research takes the Shenyang Brilliance materials team as the research object,us es social network analysis and system dynamics methods to analyze the structural charact eristics of knowledge exchange networks and the obstacles and dynamic mechanisms of knowledge sharing among individuals,finally form a complete set of knowledge exchang e network optimization strategies.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The quantitati ve description and static analysis of the knowledge exchange network are realized.The r esearch found that the team’s knowledge exchange network has a small aggregation coeff icient and a short average path;There are key nodes played by formal leaders and techn ical backbones,intermediary nodes,and edge nodes.There is a certain loss of knowledge in the materials team.(2)A dynamics simulation model of knowledge exchange network system is constructed.The analysis shows that the knowledge power of key employees p ositively affects the knowledge stock of key employees,but the rigidity of the cognitive model is just the opposite;there is a knowledge synergy effect,and this effect is jointly affected by network capabilities and knowledge exchange scenarios;The innovation struc ture with key employees as the innovation subject is conducive to knowledge transfer,an d the balanced innovation subject is conducive to the growth of the overall knowledge st ock of the network.(3)Put forward the optimization strategy of knowledge exchange net work of material team.Including the knowledge sharing module of the construction mate rial team information system;strengthening the knowledge exchange behavior managemen t of material planners;and finally formulating the material team knowledge exchange net work management system.The research aims to promote knowledge exchange activities among knowledge work ers,ultimately achieve organizational knowledge innovation and overall knowledge stock i mprovement,with a view to reducing the risk of material interruption from within the organization and improving the level of enterprise knowledge management. |
