Knowledge Management Of EPC Projects Based On Social Network Analysis

EPC engineering general contracting mode,as a new construction mode,is more professional and more suitable for large-scale infrastructure construction projects.However,due to the large number of teams involved in EPC engineering general contracting projects and the complex technical process,there are some obstacles to the flow of project information in the process of project implementation.Knowledge is difficult to accumulate effectively,and experience sharing generated in the project process is hindered,which greatly hinders the management efficiency of EPC general contracting projects.With the development of EPC general contracting projects,the project scale will gradually expand,and the effective transfer and utilization of the knowledge generated in the project implementation process will play a crucial role in the success of EPC general contracting projects.This paper analyzes the implementation organization structure of EPC engineering general contracting project,extracts the knowledge management method and the mechanism of knowledge flow process from the knowledge,knowledge flow process and influencing factors under the general engineering project environment,and probes into the knowledge content and knowledge flow process of EPC engineering general contracting project.Has been clear about the EPC general contracting project of each participation main body,i.e.,according to the overall contracting units,design units,construction units and suppliers as the study group,the basis of combing the various participants in the construction process of knowledge production and knowledge flow characteristics,and the factors affecting the knowledge flow and block was analyzed,and puts forward the EPC general contracting projects in different stages of the knowledge flow network model of cooperation.Based on the project background of a specific case and the method of social network analysis,this paper further analyzes the connection and structure characteristics of the project team network from the network density,centrality,structural hole and other social network indicators reflected in the network diagram.Finally compiled three for EPC general contracting project knowledge management research methods,based on the integrated management of BIM model,modeling based on ontology and case-based reasoning of knowledge base and using dynamic knowledge map to knowledge representation,summarizes the EPC project knowledge management knowledge flow model figure,for more effectively promote the EPC project knowledge management provides a valuable method and Suggestions.
