In recent years,fossil fuels such as coal bring about serious environmental pollution.Along with the rapid economic development of our country.our country pay more attention to environmental protection and sustainable development,Under the call of the national good policy,Jiangsu Yuan Tong Agricultural Machinery Technology company started developing biomass briquette fuel,and cooperation with relevant enterprises on the modification of the boiler,the original coal-fired boiler for burning biomass briquette fuel boiler.Acorrding to the problems of the original boiler briquette fuel,in combination the combustion characteristic of biomass briquette fuel this paper put forward feasible retrofit scheme.First,in the dissertation,the existing boiler before modification for biomass briquette fuel combustion,especially biomass briquette fuel easily in the original boiler burning questions in advance,for boiler feeding device before modification,and before and after the arch configuration,air distribution mode,the secondary air system,analysis of existing problems in the ash removal device,and put forward reasonable suitable for biomass briquette fuel combustion retrofit scheme.The feeding device used here is a new kind of anti combustion bin bad feed back device,arch before and after the configuration uses the low arch before long,after the arch height is short,after a new type of delay burning furnace arch is higher than the former arch configuration.Second,to simplify the physical model of SZL15-1.25-AII boiler,Using the commercial software Fluent and introducing the UDF program,Using the commercial software Fluent and introducing the UDF program,to simulate the temperature field,the boiler pressure field,and component concentration field.Through to the boiler before and after the reform of the boiler,the boiler underdifferent arch height after the revamp,boiler under different arch length after the revamp,and simulation analysis of boiler under different air distribution.Comparison and analysis the following conclusions:After transforming the boiler arch before and after the new configuration or material briquetting fuel once arch began to burn,delay biomass briquette fuel burning effect is obvious.After the modified boiler arch height can not be too high,the arch height increase after will lead to a furnace flame center up furnace outlet temperature rise,adverse to prevent slag,high arch after the furnace exit combustible gas increases,this will increase the gas incomplete combustion loss,reduce boiler efficiency;after modified boiler arch length can't be too long,the pressure inside the furnace arch length increase after has a tendency to rise,this will increase the risk of positive pressure combustion in the furnace.Selected good with arch in reasonable air distribution way can make the ignition delay is more ideal,furnace combustion more efficient.
