| Traditional intelligent switch external devices is various,the attachment is complex,and it takes up the space is large,so it's hard to make as a product,this article is based on this idea,put forward a new intelligent circuit breaker,its internal structure is designed according to the integrated thought.This paper introduces the working principle of intelligent circuit breaker,its shortcomings are introduced,design the whole structure of integrated intelligent circuit breaker by the integrated thought,and its protection algorithm are studied.We determine the new intelligent circuit breaker protection algorithm by means of the MATLAB simulation.According to the integrated circuit breaker internal modular structure,according to the function is divided into: electronic transformer ? control unit ? high voltage power supply?LAN communications;and then according to the requests of hardware design and practical conditions,the paper chooses the circuit devices and designs the hardware circuit;At last,the module experiment prototypes are displayed.In terms of software design,the paper carries on the design to the software system of each function module based on the integrated intelligent circuit breaker hardware system: Firstly,according to the requirements of communication,The paper programs logic controller,and simulates Manchester encoding ? decoding based on Modelsim software;Secondly,according to the protection of the new algorithm,The paper programs in the control unit by using CCS3.3 software.Finally,the traditional TCP/IP protocol is revised and communication function of Ethernet is realized through the function call of layer interfaces.Building the experiment platform,the successful completion to testing of all function modules through the debugging of system hardware and software,and each module test results is given,results show that the integrated high voltage intelligentcircuit breaker various functional modules work stability,good performance,comply with the design standards. |
