Today,with the rapid development of science and technology,the process of intellectualization is getting faster and faster.The substation,which is an important node of the power grid,is no exception.Especially after the country proposes to build a smart and strong power grid,a large number of 220 KV intelligent substations have been built in various regions.The operation status of these intelligent substations directly affects the safety of the entire regional power grid.If large faults are likely to cause large-scale power outages,it will cause great losses to the daily production of the people.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure that the intelligent substation can operate safely and stably,so it is of great significance to study the relay protection technology of 220 KV intelligent substation.This paper introduces the "three-layer two-network" structure of intelligent substation,analyzes the relay protection requirements of 220 KV intelligent substation,and builds the fault simulation model to compare the filtering effect of Fourier and Kalman algorithm,and proposes wavelet multi-scale decomposition of the signal.Improve the estimation speed of the Kalman filter algorithm.In the aspect of communication networking,this paper analyses the process layer network of substation,the communication message service of SV and GOOSE in the network and the requirements of communication network.The double-loop topology is adopted to improve the reliability of communication network and design the nodes in the network to realize the real-time mutual trust of the whole station.In order to improve the intelligent level of substation relay protection system,this paper designs the protection device in the system,including S3C2440 A main control chip module,minimum system module,storage module,communication module,human-computer interaction module and switch input and output module.And other peripheral circuits.It is pointed out that the accuracy of the electronic transformer of the intelligent substation will affect the reliability of the relay protection system,and the transmission characteristics of the Rogowski coil current transformer will be studied and simulated.At the same time,a precise integration circuit is proposed to suppress the loop discharge and improve the accuracy.On the basis of hardware design,the software programs of each module are designed through embedded Linux operating system and Qt development platform,and monitored through remote monitoring interface.Finally,based on the S3C2440 A main control chip,a complete relay protection system is designed to improve the intelligent level of the substation,reduce the manpower input,and provide security for the daily operation of the intelligent substation.Figure [59] Table [5] Reference [50]...
