With the heating and cooling load in summer or winter being used more and more, temperature sensitive loads lead a huge hidden trouble to power grid, for example, wider load difference between peak and valley load, power shortage problem and so on. But because this kind of temperature sensitive loads have a certain inertia, we can cut or shift the loads to other time through the demand response to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid. Therefore, this thesis makes a thorough study on the influence factors of temperature sensitive loads?the more reasonable representative meteorological index of temperature sensitive loads and analyzes the regulation potential of temperature sensitive loads after being gathered. The specific content of this thesis is as follows:1) Based on the relationship between temperature sensitive loads and meteorological factors, the correlation between meteorological factors and temperature sensitive loads is analyzed. The most important factors to temperature sensitive loads is temperature, and some other factors are found in this thesis.2) The comfort index of human body is introduced. And the air temperature, relative humidity and wind speed are used to calculate comfort index. The temperature modified model considering urban micro-climate is estabished. Then the relationship between comfort index and the temperature sensitive loads is analyzed.3) According to relationship between human comfort index and temperature sensitive loads, the system scheduling model considering the temperature sensitive loads is established, which is based on load aggregator. Then, the influence of the load model based on the virtual power plant considering comfort index to relieve network congestion is studied.
