With the rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, air conditioning has been widespread, and large-scale air conditioning load has formed. The sharply increase of the air conditioning load leads to some issues, for example, wider load difference between peak and valley load? worse load characteristic?obvious load peak and so on. To ensure the economic?safe and stable operation of power system, the air conditioning load should be regulated and controlled by using the demand side management measures. Therefore, this thesis makes a thorough study on demand response control strategy?control features and regulation potential of the commercial users' central air conditioning load. The specific content of this thesis is as follows:1) Based on the load data of different sectors, the load characteristic of different sectors is analyzed and compared, and the feasibility of different sectors taking part into demand response program is also analyzed; the influence factors of air conditioning load characteristics are also analyzed and air conditioning demand response characteristic index is also put forward.2) The operating principle of the central air conditioning system of commercial users is presented, then, a series of control strategies suitable for the central air conditioning system of the commercial users is proposed, and all these control strategies are divided into two categories:the flexible control strategy and the rigid control strategy; combined with the implementation of the actual demonstration project, the implementation effect of every control strategy is analyzed, and the control strategy adopted in this thesis is also proposed.3) The air conditioning load control framework based on load aggregator (LA) model is presented; the research principle of commercial building air conditioning load's regulation potential is introduced; the model of commercial building air conditioning load's regulation potential is built, among this ways, the law of indoor temperature change under the effect of air conditioning system is deeply studied. In the case, commercial building air conditioning load's control features and regulation potential are analyzed based on the model, from these aspects:outdoor temperature^ the indoor temperature setting range?the deration of emergency demand response project?advance notice time?the amplification of load before and after the emergency demand response project.4) The model of commercial building air conditioning load's regulation potential is improved by adding the control strategy of air supply system, and the model of commercial building air conditioning load's regulation potential considering air supply system control strategy is built. Taking the given indoor temperature setting range as example, the effect of considering air supply system control strategy to commercial building air conditioning load's regulation potential is analyzed.
