Polymer grouting technology is that PU material was poured into void and loosing area under a certain pressure. With two component materials are mixed, the volume expands and cures in order to fill empty and cement loose area.Polymer grouting material is a new type of road materials. Although some experiments have been carried out in our country, the performance of the polymer grouting material has been verified preliminarily. However it is still lack of system research and the corresponding standards. In order to promote the polymer grouting materials and grouting technology standardization and normalization.This paper carried out the research on the test and the road performance of polymer grouting and grouting construction technology. The main contents and results are as follows:Firstly, the relationship between water absorption and density of polymer materials was established through the water absorption test, and the amount of water absorption with density changing was explained by SEM electron microscope scanning.Furthermore, the slurry cream time, rise time, gel time varies with the amount of catalyst. According to the requirements of grouting technology, the suitable amount of catalyst was 0.4%. Finally, the relationship between polymer concrete compressive strength, water stability and density was studied. According to the compressive strength, the best amount of foaming agent was 1.5% and the density is 166.0 kg/m3. The splitting tensile strength and water stability verify the rationality of the optimum foaming rate.Secondly, based on Fluent software, consider the characteristics of multiphase flow, finite volume method Discrete PU phase-air phase equations, use the VOF model to track two-phase flow interface. Polyurethane diffusion simulation in porous media was achieved through UDF and UDS custom material parameters and scalar equations. By using the software SPSS to analyze the simulation results, and get the relationship between the diffusion radius and pressure p, porous n, foaming agent m:R= 162.715 p0.338 · m0.261 ?0.305, and the relationship between grouting amount and grouting pressure p, porous n, the height h: Q= 1171.453·p0.596· n1.335·h.The results as follows were got through calculating standard regression coefficients:the influence of diffusion radius among the factors is grouting pressure, porosity, and foaming rate has little effect. The influence of grouting among the significant factors is porosity, grouting pressure, and foaming rate had no effect.Lastly, the research on site grouting test was carried out. The comprehensive assessment of the grouting effect was conducted through the bending measurement of radar detection and excavation. Therefore, the feasibility of polyurethane treatment of the primary disease was verified. Based on the field grouting test, the standardization of the construction process is given. The economic benefit and social benefit of polymer material and cement slurry are compared and analyzed, which shows that the polymer material has high engineering application value and broad application prospect.
