As energy play a more and more important role in our daily life,it can be said the energy has become an integral part of modern life.How to get efficient,clean and renewable energy has become the focus of all countries.In certain circumstances,collecting the micro energy from the environment,becomes a new field of many countries.Such as forest environmental monitoring power supply problems,that can be solved by the energy collection.There are a lot of trees energy in the forest,how to collect the trees energy and convert it into electric energy become a development direction of solving power supply system of the forest sensor.In this paper,in view of the wireless sensor network node power supply problem,we adopt the trees expansion energy collection conversion technology and generator principle and put forward a new kind of tree energy generation device and its power management circuits.Through a series of analysis and calculation,the mechanical structure design,simulation and experiment,the new tree energy generation device and the power management circuit can provide a suitable power source for wireless sensor nodes.In this paper,the main work includes the following several aspects.1.This paper puts forward a self-contained electric system that is a trees energy generation device is used in forest environmental monitoring wireless sensor network node,then provided a detailed analysis and calculation of the tree energy generation theoretical basis,at the same time,account for the design of tree energy collection conversion mechanism and calculation in detail,and the power management circuit isdesigned,finally show that this new type of tree energy generation device and the power management circuit is able to achieve the goal of the power supply for wireless sensor network node through a series of analysis and calculation and experiments.2.The design of high efficient trees energy generation device by using micro-displacement amplifier mechanism for collecting trees expansion energy and translating into electrical energy.In order to ensure that the power generation device does not destroy the normal growth of trees stem when the trees expansion,this paper designed a kind of institution that can adjust power generation device's work scope with stem diameter enlargement and contraction,to protect the tree trunk.3.Through theoretical calculation,the direct output of trees energy generators is low voltage alternating current(AC),can not directly to the application.In this case,this paper designs the AC/DC booster module circuit and tests the application of MAX 17710 micro energy collection of intelligent power management chip.4.In view of the size calculation of trees energy generator device and according to the actual material procurement and parts processing,the trees energy generation device is assembled and power management circuit is welded and debugged.Finally through experiment it is concluded that the trees energy generation device can provide suitable charging voltage for the power management circuit and the power management circuit can provide appropriate working voltage for wireless sensor nodes.
