In today's rapid economic development,the traditional fuel energy are dwindling,there is still more than 2 billion world's population lack regular supply of energy,because of it,the damage to the environment have become increasingly prominent.How do people around the world to develop new energy sources?It is the main object of study.In the near future,new energy will gradually replace traditional energy source,become the protagonist of the world's energy,the source of energy for humans.Sunlight is a good source of energy,while solar energy is a pollution-free,inexhaustible and endless energy.This article describes a new type of solar power automatic direction tracking controller,the system has high reliability,high stability,high anti-interference,can be widely used and the effect of real-time tracking of the sun has been tested by experiment.The direction of automatically tracking solar power station controller studied by this project is a controller to achieve dual-axis tracking system,in strict accordance with the sun's trajectory for high-precision automatic tracking,and can automatically change according to the amount of solar radiation,automatically go into the running and off state,thereby reducing the operating power consumption.According to system requirements,this article talk on AC synchronous motors and bearings as the executing agency to determine the PIC18F4620 microcontroller as the core components to complete the sensor and microcontroller peripheral hardware circuit design and the corresponding software design.This paper describes the components of the system hardware,function and interface circuitry,including capture circuit,serial communication circuits and AC synchronous motor drive circuit,and a flow chart and program code,detailing the author's software design ideas.Based on the requirement,this paper explains how does a dual-axis solar tracking frame test the controller's tracking performance.Through the inverter output power curves.show that:utomatic solar tracking controller designed by this article is running well,tracking reliability,accuracy meeting the design requirements and verifying the feasibility of this design.
