With the constant propulsion of China's smart grid and global energy Internet, demand response, which is one of the key technologies, is playing a progressively important role to ensure the economy, reliability and efficiency in power system. It is imperious to research this topic in an in-depth and diversified way.Based on current researches on traditional demand response, inchoate dynamic demand response is focused on. At the same time, specific user characteristics and rule in potency are also analyzed in this paper.User characteristics and method optimization are presented in this paper places. The research contents are as follows:(1) The definition of dynamic demand response is pinpointed. Based on the conditions and actions of dynamic demand response, researches on some of the scenes applying to the model, such as cutting down the peak load and the malfunction load. The necessity of dynamic demand response is researched based on its rapidity and instantaneity.(2) A series of valuable parameters, such as the maximum load reductions, effect duration and rebalance vibration are also defined under the construction of dynamic demand response, the quantitative analysis of dynamic demand response are insured.(3) The possible load categories in dynamic demand response are researched, the characteristics and building the construction based on air condition, electric vehicle and battery energy storage system is clarified. The role and interface of this facilities are also optimized in this paper.(4) Multiple facilities' participation in dynamic demand response using the method is researched based on Genetic Algorithm and least square support vector machine. The user characteristics and potency of dynamic demand response are also proposed according to the changes in external factors.
