This paper summarizesrecent research achievementson self-healing grid controlat home and abroad, Combined with the present domestic stage master centralized and distributed intelligent distribution automation features of the decision-making.Proposed a schemethat Self-healing smart decisions based on distributed control rapid healing of distributed control technology feeder line. From achieving rapid healing ofFeeder lines to start, to achieve the goal ofdistribution grid self-healing.This paper studies the distribution network self-healing distributed control technology. Create a simulation model based on RTDS simulator, and verify the control performance of self-healing control algorithm in the simulation system RTDS simulator and distribution terminal thereof.At first,analysis of the current self-healing distribution network control theory, obtain self-healing distribution network control system structure. Combined with self-healing distribution network control system structure and practical feeder line operating mode, this paper focuses on a fast self-healing control technology, and a detailed description of its implementation strategy.Secondly, this paper take the actual feeder line in a region as an example, create a simulation model system based on RTDS simulator.The simulation model includes primary line model, control system model and operating system model; at the same time, we also introduce its hardware architecture according to the working principle of RTDS.Thirdly, developed a distribution terminal with self-healing function, it focuses on the self-healing control software technology in distribution terminal. And then described the data acquisition and protection of distribution terminals detailyFinally, this paper build a simulation platform combined with RTDS simulator and distribution terminal with self-healing function. Through simulation of all aspects of,draw a conclusion that distributed control distribution network self-healing technology can do well with feeder line failure.
