Therefore,In the process of project development,the communicationbetween enterprises is poor and the information resources cannot be effectively integrated. These restrict the improvementof the project management efficiency in a large.BIM is a digital platform of modern information technology, through the design parameters of the model to simulate the project, construction and operation.Meanwhile, BIM can integrate the relevant information about project and intelligently set parameters.The model information is automatically associated, which greatly improves the efficiency of project information exchange and communication.Therefore,Combining BIM with project collaborative management,not only helps to improve the efficiency of project collaborative management,but also more help to promote the BIM research and development in the field of construction management.Takinginformation synergyin the project managementas research object andcombining with BIM technology,this paper puts forward the engineering project information sharing frameworksystem based on BIM and the specific implementation. It provides theoretical support for the construction enterprises to better use of BIM technology to manage project information;This paper reviews the current research status at home and abroadabout BIM?BIMinformation collaborative management and Computer network collaboration,puting forward the research about BIM in the engineering project information collaborative management is less.The paper summarizes the engineering projectinformation collaborative managementand BIMtheory;The authorsummarizes 46 integrated information in the engineering project management based on BIM,and classifies the information of BIM integrated.On the basis of these,this author puts forward the architecture of the project information BIM-based collaboration system,analyzes the four function module of the BIM information collaboration system and expounds the operation of the BIM information collaboration system in the whole life cycle of the project.This paper expounds the implementation of the project information collaborative management based on BIM,mainly including the establishmentof BIM information model,the collaborative management modelof BIM informationand the construction of BIM collaborative management system.Through a real project cases, the paper preliminary demonstratesthe feasibility of the project information BIM-based collaborative management and provides referencefor engineeringconstruction enterprises to better use BIM to manage projects.
