| The same information-based building construction management system and information collaboration system give full play to the value of BIM digital sharing and digital collaboration,realize the collaborative management of the whole life cycle of the building,improve the efficiency of project management in the construction stage,improve the efficiency and quality of project construction,and reduce the communication cost of personnel.Starting from the requirements of collaborative management system,this thesis designs a building model coding system based on IFC standard,uses Revit to lightweight BIM model,and presents it in 3D on the Web end.Taking Xinsheng Square as an example,the function and superiority of information collaborative management system are verified.The main contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:This thesis introduces the meaning of the whole process management of construction projects,and expounds the problems of information coordination management in the stages of design,construction,operation and maintenance.Aiming at the requirements of each link in the project,the specific solution idea based on BIM model is proposed.The B/S structure three-layer architecture mode is adopted.Based on the theory of collaboration and visual information,the overall structure of the platform is designed by combining BIM technology,Web technology and workflow technology.This thesis introduces the coding system of IFC standard building model and extends the entity attribute set of building as an example.Combined with EBS engineering system decomposition method,based on IFC standard,this thesis puts forward the extension principle of IFC entity class for the field of housing construction,and establishes the structural framework of IFC model of housing construction engineering.BIM model decomposition,geometric information expression and functional information expression form a good project management structure of information collaborative system,and solve the problems of model information decomposition,storage and interaction in information collaborative system.This thesis expounds the lightweight of BIM model on the Web side.BIM lightweight is to extract non-geometric data from the building information model and leave 3d geometric data,which is displayed in real time after rendering on the Web side by using Web GL(Web Graphics Library)technology.Lightweight display is carried out for this design system based on Revit.Taking fire information in buildings as an example,the real-time display of BIM model after lightweight is introduced.According to system design principles and building project requirements,the system is divided into 7 management sub-modules,which are respectively put on the server,so that the BIM model stored in the server of information collaborative management system can be visualized on the Web end of the device.With the example of Xinsheng Square project,the function test of the platform’s authority management,model management,map file management,process control and objective management is carried out.Based on BIM model,the management system is designed to establish the information coordination system displayed on the Web,which promotes the informatization,coordination and intelligence in the field of housing construction. |
