Research On Collaborative Management Of Comprehensive Joint Debugging Project Of Metro

The integrated commissioning of the subway is a key link in the transition from subway construction to operation.The coordination and orderly implementation of the integrated commissioning is a powerful guarantee for achieving the construction goals.Therefore,it is very important to study the degree of coordination in the management of subway integrated commissioning projects and to promote the coordinated development of subway integrated commissioning projects.From the perspective of synergy theory,this thesis evaluates the degree of synergy in the management of subway integrated commissioning projects,with the aim of proposing scientific,specific and effective collaboration strategies to improve the management level of subway integrated commissioning projects.First,based on the system theory,a coordinated management system for subway integrated commissioning project is constructed.According to the goals and characteristics of the subway integrated commissioning project,it is divided into five collaborative subsystems of organization,process,task,information,and system,while a theoretical model is established.Secondly,the article establishes a collaborative evaluation index system for subway integrated commissioning project management,and selects the composite weighting method of expert scoring method and entropy weight method,and establishes a collaborative degree evaluation model through the sequence parameter method.Finally,combined with the actual situation of a subway comprehensive joint debugging project,the coordination degree evaluation model is applied,and analyzing the management problems of the integrated commissioning project based on the evaluation results to propose a collaboration strategy.This thesis analyzes the project management of the integrated commissioning of the subway from a systematic perspective,enriches the theoretical content of the collaborative management of the integrated commissioning of the subway,and establishes a relatively complete collaborative management evaluation system.It can provide a certain reference for the managers of subway integrated commissioning project,and promote the coordinated development of subway integrated commissioning project.
