Now human life can hardly live without all kinds of architectural equipment which supply power, water, heating and so on. People had pay much attention to the running state of these equipment since it has great effect on people's life. In order to ensure people's daily life to proceed normally, the property management company has been doing the real-time monitoring for architectural equipment in the communities and has been publishing to the web. It has great significance for helping people to understand their own living space.This paper employs some hi-tech to establish a remote monitoring system. It's fit for the architectural equipment. These hi-tech include sensor technology, modern network communication technology, visualization technology, data processing technology and so on.The remote monitoring system can realize the real-time acquisition, display, transmission, analysis and process for the data of construction equipment. According to the operating parameter of this system, it can judge the running state of the equipment.The system has some technical characteristics such as good real-time performance, high degree of visualization and complete monitoring function, etc. It has great engineering significance and reference value for the record of daily operation and the later fault analysis in production process.Based on the overseas and domestic research status of the monitoring system, multi sensors information fusion technology, this paper has done these work as follows.Firstly, a high real-time fuzzy judgment algorithm was proposed aimed at condition assessment of the operating system. The local decisions is first applied. If it is abnormal when get the running state of system, the fuzzy inference and expert system are combined together to do the fuzzy decision. And it is explained and verified by the example of the actual heating system.Secondly, a completed overall design of the system is accomplished based on the analysis of the system requirements and functions.The whole monitoring system used the B / S architecture. It developed a database schema that combined with the main memory database, relational database(MySQL) and text file according to the needs of high real-time and large amount of data. In spite of the different types of data collected by the bottom sensors and different transport protocols of sensors from many manufacturers, this system has achieves to unified the communication protocol between PC and server.Finally, a hardware installation program was developed. The multi thread management, SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) and Highcharts technology is introduced. The technology is utilized in the realization process. This program has achieved functions of operating state monitoring, historical fault query, real-time data monitoring, historical data query and configuration management.This networked intelligent visual construction equipment monitoring system has improved monitoring quality of the industrial process on a degree, it will help the managers to master the system running state and do the fault analysis.
