Electric energy measurement is an important part of the electric power sector economic work. In recent years, the scale of the development of power grid is growing, and the workload and difficulty of measurement management are becoming more and more difficult. Mainly reflected in the low level of automation, relying on human and vehicle carrying test equipment to run around in the oil field each substation measurement points to complete the calibration, the efficiency is low, the cost of consumption. The detection period is long, and the defects of the electric energy metering device can be detected and treated in time. The results of field test data are also one-sided, and the load condition is limited. This approach can not meet the requirements of modern electric energy metering management work.The remote calibration and on-line monitoring and measurement technology, can solve the above problems. In order to improve and perfect the operation detection method of electric energy metering device, this paper puts forward the development of on-line monitoring and remote calibration system for electric energy metering device. The system can realize the on-line monitoring and remote data transmission and management of the electric energy metering device, and realizes the automatic and periodic cycle check, and can realize the continuous testing of the metering device in the running state. The system monitoring range covers the electric energy meter itself, the measurement current transformer and its two circuit, the measurement voltage transformer and the two circuit. The system equipment is composed of the main control unit, the electric energy meter calibration unit, the voltage acquisition switch module, the current collection and switching module, the pressure drop and the load cell, the admittance test unit. The main control unit of the microprocessor uses the TMS320LF2407 chip of TI company in the United States, electric energy meter calibration unit standard comparison method based on the principle of measuring chip ad7751 CS5460 A, pressure drop and load unit adopts the wiring way of directly measuring the difference principle of pressure drop and load test, test unit with variable frequency admittance to suppress the harmonic interference.Data transmission mode using RTU Modbus protocol, communication interface with RS232 interface, and the network, communication network through the oil field enterprise lan. Background monitoring center select Windows 2000 Server as a network operating system, the application software is realized by VB combined with Delphi language, the database uses Sevier SQL to achieve. The network architecture of the system adopts C/S architecture to adapt to the network environment of enterprise LAN.The on-line monitoring system of electric energy metering device can provide technical means for the maintenance and management of electric energy measurement. It can improve the management of electric energy metering device.
