Automatic Testing Method Of Intelligent Electric Energy Meter

As an important fundamental device for the smart power grids construction, intelligent energy meter is playing an important supporting role in realizing the informatization, automation and interaction of the power grid, it's also closely linked to the development of the smart power grids. The function of intelligent energy meter is multiple and complicated, so it's of important practical value and academic significance to do research on how to improve the test efficiency and quality of all the aspects during the process from prototype to customer acceptance.Function test with the intelligent electric energy meter as analysis object in this pater, we designed and developed an automatic testing system for intelligent energy meter based on the theory and method of automatic testing according to DL/T 645-2007 "Multifunction energy meter communication protocol" and a series of standards for intelligent energy meter of State Grid Corporation of China, designed to meet the various customer demand for intelligent meter automatic test system of the overall framework of the proposed multi-functional hardware calibration device transformation program, focusing on the communication device to achieve a framework for automated test design and detailed design to MICROSOFT. NET framework and the C# programming language, based on automatic test equipment proposed software system design, detailed description of the script application specification, and finally presents the image recognition module design and related image recognition method. The system is able to achieve smart meter from prototype to automated user acceptance testing can simulate smart meter use in different environments handling program flow branches to improve the comprehensiveness and flexibility tests. Practical application shows that the system proposed in the strong magnetic field, high-frequency radiation on the human body such as environment instead of doing the intelligent energy meter testing; also be applied to reliability testing, instead of manual meter reading and comparison data, that is an advanced black-box ways.
