Aviation engine is the measure of a country power research and development, manufacture level of key areas, is an important symbol of power. Aero engine blades are mainly fan blades, compressor blades and turbine blades three parts. The turbine blades at high temperatur e stress are complex, the site conditions. It needs more, complicated shape and high accuracy.Diamond Wheel is an indispensable tool to processing the blades of aircraft engine. In this paper, the machining technology of Diamond Wheel is improved, the manufacturing standard of every process is elaborated and the technological parameters of electroplating are optimized according to the production capacity of the factory. Besides, the bottleneck problems are solved in the process of machining.By the means of mechanical processing test, a standardized file is formed, in which the design key points and process routes of eve ry component of the Diamond Wheel are mentioned from raw material selection, machining route optimization as well as testing method.Via the contrast experiment, electroplating composition is researched to get the best plating parameters: an uniform coating organization which has the minimum stress value is produced when the content of sodium chloride is 15 g/L and nickel sulfate content is 250 g/L.; Additives can improve the overall hardness and reduce the stress of coating. The samples in which 1, 4- butyl glycol content is 0.02 g/L and saccharin content is 0.08 g/L has the least coating stress value.Compared with dc electroplating, Pulse electroplating obtained small grains and homogeneous groups benefit for low stress value and high hardness; When the pulse duty ratio was 60%, the pulse frequency is 900 and current density is 2.5 A/dm2, the coating gets the best performance. Meanwhile, the experiment also finds that the stress of the coating decreases with the increase of the duty ratio, frequency and current density within a certain range.Using cylindrical anode instead of the traditional way of anode suspension, In combination with adjusting the bath composition, we solved the "bottleneck" problem of diamond wheel which is terrible to the process of nickel electroplating. This solution saves fabricating cost, improving the process efficiency and product quality of diamond wheel as well.By adopting tools detect the diamond on the surface of the roller type precision measuring instrument, the main features of this measuring instrument are high precision non-contact measurement, according to the characteristics of different diamond roller structure design conversion axis, diamond roller to fixed installation. Basic implementation of the size of the diamond wheel type surface inspection process.
