The transmission system of the pedal motorcycle which is widely used in people's daily life is made up of automatic centrifugal dry shoe block clutch go with V belt variable speed control system. As one of the important parts of the widely used small vehicles, the demand of clutch lining friction material also increased in the society. Because the research and development cycle of the friction materials is long, as well as the need of large amount of experiments and facility support. Most of the formula used by domestic enterprises were bought from abroad, which increases the costs to the enterprise production. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to design resin backbone type shoe block clutch facings formulations which meet the aboved mentioned requirements, and to establish the ideal dry clutch lining of shoe block forming technology at the same time. As a result, the development of domestic resin backbone type shoe block clutch lining technology can be promoted.Research methods and process of this research include the following respects:1. To analyze the factors which effect the polymer matrix friction materials, and to make sure the type of raw materials formula.2. Through uniform design and mathematical model of multiple linear regression to conduct resin backbone clutch shoe friction material mixture.3. To conduct wet cold pressing method of suppression upon specimens, and to proceed friction test in accordance with the relevant provisions of test standard4. To use mathematical optimization method to analyze the test results, thus to confirm the optimal matching of the main performance of the formula.5. To formulate the shoe manufacturing methods according to the character of this formula product, together with high efficiency and energy conservation and environmental protection process, and to make the shoe production equipment plan.6. To use NX NASTRAN to complete the simulation of shoe solidification temperature field, thus to verify the forming process of heat treatment temperature is reasonable or not.The use of statistical methods to optimize formula design is more accurate and scientific than the use of experience, and this method is worth popularizing in the later research. The data obtained from the studies on resin backbone type shoe block clutch friction material formulations can be used as research data base in the future. The forming process in this study provides a theoretical reference for the production of resin backbone type shoe block clutch friction materials.
