| With the development of modern society, there is an increasing demand for carton former in the industry. Currently the domestic packaging industry faces many problems, such as the low degree of intellectualizing, low efficiency, and so on. On the other hand, it is too expensive to import carton former from other countries. Aiming at these problems, this thesis design an automatic regulation system in general use on the basis of the project of reconstructing the carton former.First of all, this thesis analyzes the development of carton former and researches status of automatic regulation technology at home and abroad. Then, according to the structures and manufacturing processes of carton former, this thesis puts forward the overall control scheme based on "HMI+ARM". We choose the high-performance ARM microcontroller as the main controller and take full advantage of the modules of the chip itself and extend the external communication interfaces,driving circuits to achieve many functions just like communicating with upper computer, taking signals and driving the motor. In succession, this thesis studies the possible EMC problems and then finishes the hardware design of motion control card.Secondly, this thesis researches some key questions aiming at the smooth operation of the motor, trajectory planning and positioning control methods and then completes the whole software development including upper and lower computer. In detail, considering the needs of running multiple tasks, the lower computer software translates the u COS-II embedded operating systems and divides the whole mission into many modules to program independently to achieve a lot of functions, like automatic controlămanual control,saving data after power off,updating database libraries in real time and so on. Simultaneously the system uses the touch screen to design HMI system, which can realize a lot of functions including parameterized programming, real-time monitoring and self-diagnosis.Finally, we build a test platform for the whole automatic regulation system to test the running performance and control accuracy of the motor, the feasibility of HMI and stability of the whole system. The result shows that the system completely meets the design requirements. And now, the new reconstructed carton former has been put into use. |
