With the rapid development of modern technology and the significant increase of microelectronic components and electrical ignition devices, the electromagnetic sensitivity of modern electromechanical systems have become more and more sophisticated. In addition to lightning, static electricity and other sources of natural hazards, there are many man-made sources of electromagnetic hazards like communication devices, radar, electronic warfare equipment and electromagnetic pulse weapons. These complex electromagnetic environment is critical to the security of weapons and other equipment. Therefore, the study of electromagnetic environmental effects and protection measures has become one of the most important issues in the field of military defense research.In this paper, Lab View is used to develop a set of test system. Based on the desired electromagnetic equipment, Windows system and Lab View, the complete software environment which include the data communication, parameter setting, testing, data storage and other functions is developed to achieve the organic combination of hardware and software. The main features of the control and monitoring system include electromagnetic environment calibration, electromagnetic environment effects testing, motion control with a stirrer, current injection calibration and electromagnetic environment effects monitoring with current injection. The control system is modular, re-configurable and scalable. The main work of this paper is: programming the communication module to complete the communication between PC and instruments; programming parameter setting module, users can set up different corresponding port and other parameters depends on instrument models; write test modules, the user can modify the data display conditions according to their needs; the man- machine interface design is user-friendly.
