Energy problem is a severe test of the further development of China's economy and society, taking the road of energy conservation is an effective way to alleviate the plight of China's current energy. Traditional ceramic shuttle kiln presence of exhaust gas temperature is high, the backward mode of control and many other shortcomings, are not conducive to efficient use of energy. Regenerative combustion technology is a new type of energy-efficient combustion technology in recent years, which uses regenerative ability of ceramic regenerator, high temperature, corrosion resistance and other advantages of the flue gas heat recovery. The technology used in ceramic shuttle kiln can shuttle kiln exhaust gas temperature drops below 200? or even lower, while the combustion air is preheated to 1000? up and down, thus achieving efficient use of flue gas waste heat, improve energy rate. Taking the issue of a Porcelain in Wuyang champion energy-saving shuttle kiln as the background, this paper used the regenerative combustion technology in ceramic shuttle kiln.The article first introduces the principle and characteristics of transformation shuttle kiln system structure, its energy consumption and regenerative combustion technology, and the energy-saving project feasibility analysis; then, by means of numerical simulation 4,8,12 sets of regenerative burners arranged program strengths and weaknesses, the paper determines the eight burners arranged program which best suited to this transformation; finally, with the reference to the relevant technical information to design rehabilitation programs, including thermodynamic calculation regenerative burners, storage calculation of body heat, the three-way valve design, layout, fan selection, design of each shuttle kiln piping system PLC control system, etc., and the transformation of the construction site.The trial operation results from the completion of the transformation of the show after the introduction of regenerative combustion technology, the original shuttle kiln flue gas temperature dropped to about some 1000 ? and 100 ? furnace temperature distribution is more uniform, and a shuttle kiln firing cycle saving amounted to 32.6%.
