Aero-engine exhaust gas monitoring technology based on electrostatic induction is a new technology of aero-engine gas path working condition monitoring technology and technology of gas path fault diagnosis, this technology is based on electrostatic induction theory, and using various of electrostatic sensor to detect electrostatic signal of charged particles in the aero-engine gas path, in order to determinate the working condition of gas path component and diagnose potential fault, thus solve the problem of difficulties in monitoring in a harsh working condition. In order to simulate the working condition of aero-engine gas path, a gas-solid two phase flow device is used, and install the composite electrostatic sensors in the gas-solid two phase flow device, then put in some solid particles, the simulation of various working state of aero-engine gas path is made by change gas flow speed and the species or diameter of solid particles. Using a signal processing circuit before the composite electrostatic sensors, through the selection of detecting components and filter components, and the design of charge amplifier and filter circuit etc, and through the detection, converting and processing of the electrostatic signal, the problems of harsh working condition and serious interference are solved.Using the software LabVIEW, charge signal in the gas path is detected and analyzed. Due to the simulation to various working condition of aero-engine gas path would produce various result, thus the analysis to various features of detected signal can be made, which could result in various fault features of the aero-engine gas path. The fault features of the aero-engine gas path can be used to be a basis for recognize the fault of aero-engine gas path. A program of diagnose the fault in aero-engine gas path is designed based on Lab VIEW, which can be used to recognize and diagnose the aero-engine gas path fault.
