Construct Hub Airport’s Flight Wave Based On The Maximum Transfer Opportunity

with our country economic system reforming and industrial structure adjusting, hub airport strategy enhancing, the airports which passengers reached ten millions has doubled.Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou has become complex hubs, Chengdu, Xi’an, Wuhan,Shenzhen, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin and others has become domestic hubs. However,the rapid growth of passengers mainly depends on "point to point" mode, hub airports’ transfer proportion is still very low. At present, there are three ways to improve the proportion: the optimization of transfer process, the optimization of transfer resource allocation and the optimization of flight wave construction. Transfer process optimization and transfer resource allocation optimization is mainly used to shorten the transfer time and improve the passenger experience, and flight wave what can increase the passenger transfer opportunities and improve the hub airport transfer proportion has obvious effect. Therefore, t hub airport flight wave ideal model as the foundation, combined with single hub airport flights periodicity and initial import flights increased characteristics, used three order incremental least squares fitting method to get the initial import flights variation function,then built single hub airport flight wave model based on the largest transfer opportunities,provided reference for construct single hub airport flight wave.Firstly, discussed basic theory of ideal flight wave, established target function of the transfer opportunity, and served as the core evaluation index of the flight wave optimization.Combined with the limit conditions of hub airport gate positions and runway capacity, the ideal flight wave model is improved by the maximum transfer opportunity.Secondly, combined with single hub airport flights periodicity and initial import flights increased characteristics, obtained single hub airport flight wave fuzzy model with single hub airport operation scene.Finally, used three order incremental least squares fitting method to get the initial function, combined with the characteristics of single hub airport operation, obtained single hub airport flight wave basis model, finally, combined with hub airport’s flights linear relation, obtained single hub airport flight wave model based on the maximum transfer opportunities. Taked Xi’an airport and Dubai Airport as the test object, the results showedthat the single hub airport flight wave model based on the maximum transfer opportunities has obvious effect on the improvement of the transfer opportunities.
