The Study Of Operation-oriented Flight Schedule Construction For Airports Under Planning

With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation,part of the airport's capacity can not meet the growing demand for air transport market.Some areas have been planning the construction of new airports.This paper aims to study the operation-oriented flight schedule construction method for hub airports under planning.The article focuses on the following three aspects of the content:Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the demands and the temporal-spatial regularities of flights.And then using the Fratar traffic distribution forecasting model predicts the airport's air traffic schedule demand.Secondly,based on the analysis of the flights temporal-spatial framework,introduces the concept of flight waves and its characteristic parameters that determine the operation quality of the flight waves.Then states the significance of flight wave construction and puts forward the characteristic parameters analysis method of the flight waves based on k-means clustering to determine the time center of the flight waves and the relevant characteristic parameters.Finally,establish the operation-oriented flights optimization model.This paper considers three parts oriented the airport operation.First,multiple restrictions the flights subject in the airport;second,considering the construction of the flight waves for the airport under planning;third,the relation between the quantity of the flights and the market demand.The first one can be considered as a constraint on the flight optimization model,and the latter two are the optimization targets of the model.Based on the theory of multi-constrained flight optimization,establish the operation-oriented flight optimization model.Otherwise,the model's algorithm process is given in the end.Based on the above analysis and study,finally we select the Peking new airport under planning as a case,using the previous method to construct the flight schedule for the airport and import the data to the TAAM simulation software.Compare the results of the different flight schedules to evaluate the effectiveness of the method.
