Abstract/Summary:
The heat flux is an important test parameter of aero-engine components fire protection test, but also the focus data of Airworthiness certification. But how the measuring method affect the test rusult, further research is still lacking. So, this paper carried out the research of heat flow meter, and focus on the analysis of the influence of various factors on the measurement results. Finally, a heat flow meter for fire test is developed, which could provide equipment for carrying out fire test. The main contents of this paper are:Firstly, the overall design scheme of heat flow meter is determined. Through the analysis of the measuring object and environment of heat flow meter, the design requirements of the heat flow meter are determined. According to the design requirements of heat flow meter, the paper comparative analysis of several design schemes of heat flow meter, finally chose the water-cooled calorimeter as flux test principle. According to the principle of the water-cooled calorimeter, the structure design scheme of heat flow meter is primary determined, And the water-cooled calorimeter measurement principle is summarized.Secondly, the influencing factors of heat flux measurement are analysed by using numerical simulation method. Through the analysis of the heat flux measurement process, the five main factors influencing the accuracy of heat flux measurement are determined, including the cooling water flow rate, heat pipe diameter, wall thickness, roughness and heat deformation. Based on the heat transfer principle of measuring process of water-cooled calorimeter, a physical model of heat flux measurement is build. Five main factors of influencing the measurement accuracy are simulated, when the heat flow meter measuring high temperature fluid. The simulation results can provide guidance for the design and manufacture of heat flow meter.Thirdly, the water-cooled calorimeter is designed and manufactured. According to the simulation conclusion, relevant parameters of heat flow meter parts are determined. Through the specific analysis of the heat flow meter technique parameters, and according to the measurement principle of water-cooled calorimeter, the heat flow meter is designed in detail,and finally produce the heat flow meter.Finally, the reliability of the heat flow meter is tested. The flame environment of fire protection test was established, the developed heat flux meter is applied to the measurement of heat flux in the fire protection test. Based on the test data of the heat flux meter, the reliability of the heat flux meter is analyzed. The test results show that the heat flow meter has good reliability.
