Damaged aircraft refers to that the aircraft loses its maneuverability for some reasons at the airport, is likely to be the tyre burst or aircraft rushed out of the wide runway or taxiway, etc. For the large aircraft, it is necessary to use the damaged aircraft trailer(hereinafter referred to as "trailer") to move. In this paper, use the trailer that can move the large aircraft A380 as the research object, first analyze the chassis reliability and modal analysis, and then do the topology optimization and size optimization of the trailer chassis beam, finally conduct the jacking platform on optimization design. The main contents are as follows:1 The reliability analysis of the trailer chassis. The finite element analysis that fixing rigid constraint for the damaged aircraft trailer chassis usually ignores the buffer function of suspension leading to distortion result. So based on FE- software the FE module of trailer is set up and according the weight empty aircraft and with oil in it which is two different operating condition the load is calculated. By the method of balance frame system the constraint of trailer is fixed and the stress and deform is analyzed according the two different operating condition. It's result that the stress is less than permissible stress.By comparing the method of the fixing rigid constraint and the balance frame system result show that the method of balance frame system is more practical.2 The modal analysis of the trailer chassis. In order to prevent resonance of chassis reducing unnecessary loss,we analyze modal analysis. it is concluded the top 20 order modal vibration mode diagram and the characteristic of modal frequency and vibration, finally through the contrast of the natural frequencies of the chassis and excitation frequency of the ground and engine, come to the conclusion that is satisfied.3 The optimization of the trailer chassis beam.In order to reduce the weight of the chassis First, analyze the relationship of the maximum stress and beam design size by response surface method and do the size optimization.Then do the topology optimization of it, with the strain energy as the objective function, the volume and stress as constraint conditions, the design space of cell density as design variables. Finally re-modeling the beam according to the optimization results and the actual requirements in engineering. The results meet the design requirements by checking.4 The optimization design of the jacking platform. In order to make to jacking platform adapt to various types of aircraft Establish a mathematic model of the jacking platform and then conduct the optimization design of the trailers jacking platform moving A320 and A380 through using the genetic algorithm.The research achievements of this paper not only solve the design problems of the trailer chassis and jacking platform, and also provide a reference basis and reference to the research of the same problem at the same time.
