Damaged aircraft trailer is an integral part of the airport rescue system.In the accident of aircraft runs out of taxiway,runway for some reason.The aircraft can be timely and effectively moved away from the incident place to protect the normal flight takeoff,landing and normal operation of the airport.The tire is a typical component between the road and the damaged aircraft trailer.At the same time,it is also the supporting part of the force on the vehicle and the only transmission part of various forces.Many important properties of the vehicle are closely related to the mechanical properties of the tire.The finite element method and virtual prototyping technology are used to simulate the mechanical properties of11.00R20 tire and the influence of the tire on the dynamic performance of the vehicle.1.The finite element method is used to establish the finite element model of 11.00R20 tire.The static mechanical properties are simulated.The contact stress and contact imprinting of the tire are analyzed.The influence of tire contact stress on pavement subsidence is analyzed.This reaserch provides some value for improving the tire structure design and tire performance evaluation.2.The steady state mechanical properties of tire are analyzed.The stress distribution of the tire in the process of traction and braking is analyzed.On the pure rolling condition,two kinds of tire cornering and longitudinal slip are simulated.The changing regulations between the lateral force and the side angle,the return moment and the side angle,the longitudinal force and the slip rate of the tire under different loads are analyzed.It plays a very important role in the establishment of Pacejka89 tire model.3.By using the Excel Solver method,a set of simulation experiment data based on the Pacejka89 tire model is identified in the analysis of tire steady-state mechanical properties.It's very important to establish the tire model in the dynamic simulation of moving trailer.Whether the tire characteristics can be accurately simulated,the accuracy of the model parameters play a decisive role.So the accuracy of tire model parameter identification is particularly important.4.The virtual model technology is used to build the dynamic model of the damaged aircraft moving trailer.The generated tire model attribute file is applied to the moving trailer tire model,and the simulation condition is set reasonably.The effect of different tires on the vibration performance of the vehicle are analyzed by simulating and analyzing the driving performance of the trailer with three different tires under the same conditions.The results of these studies provide some reference value for the selection of moving trailer tire and the dynamic performance analysis of vehicle.
