Visualization And Optimization Of Operation Process Of Collaborative Aircraft Maintenance

Based on the research of maintenance information management at home and abroad,combination with domestic aircraft operators and maintenance business characteristics, in order to integrate and allocate the existing maintenance resources reasonably and fully, we research visualization and optimization of operation process of collaborative aircraft to improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.According to the complexity, distribution, dynamic and group decision making of civil aircraft maintenance process, I put forward the collaborative visualization and optimization method for aircraft maintenance process. Based on the analysis of the maintenance process, I study collaborative formulation method in maintenance plan and process model.First, analyze the importance of aircraft maintenance plan maintenance plan coordination,maintenance process elements, maintenance task decomposition method and the maintenance work collaborative logic relation. Establish the maintenance time model on basis of the research of the calculation method.Then, research the methods of constructing collaborative model and construct a mixed coordination model based on the role and multi agent model. Study the temporal relation description of collaborative repair operation, concurrency control method in collaborative operation based on role. Research the method of visualization of the repair process according to the analysis of foundation repair job attribute graph.Furthermore, on the premise of analysis of the basic principles and the advantage of genetic algorithms, ant colony algorithm and particle swarm optimization, study the application of them to aircraft repair operation process optimization, and verify the effectiveness through the analysis of the example.Finally, I design and realize aircraft collaborative repair operation process visualization platform and analyze the key problems of the system.
