It is important for the safety of the flight about the maintenance ability of the maintenance crews in the operation of the aircraft, so it`s also important for the training of the maintenance crews. Nowadays, the process of the training for the maintenance crews can be finished with the aircraft maintenance training system, which now is playing an important role in the enterprises and colleges, but the systems exists now is only suit for one-person training, and can not take intelligent management for the training. To solve the problem above, this paper comes up with a structure which can be used for collaborative maintenance with the theory of Agent based on the current maintenance training systems, and it also can satisfy for the intelligent training. The system can allocate different tasks with different person and also can make dynamic evaluation and support for maintenance tasks.Firstly, this paper proposes a theory of maintenance training mode on the basic of analyzing and summarizing of the structure about the existing aircraft maintenance training systems and also make a comparison between different types of them, and then makes a explanation for the maintenance task. Furthermore, analyzes the deficiency of theses systems, then proposes a method of maintenance training system model based on Agent.Secondly, this paper proposes a ontology description for the object of maintenance tasks, and makes a ontology integration of the maintenance behavior for tasks in the manual to meet the demand of the maintenance tasks, besides this paper also establishes the logic model of aircraft systems and describe system logic.Finally, this paper researches the cooperative behavior of maintenance training system. Meanwhile, this paper describes the method of task allocation and evaluation based on maintenance meta-behavior, thus makes it be a system which can supervise and feedback to the maintenance crews. At the end makes a explanation about the communication mechanism of Agent.
