In the northern region of China, the winter cold, we need to use the boiler combustion to generate heat for heating, the heating mode economical and practical. In some there is no central heating or local independent heating, domestic coal-fired boiler plays a very important role, so we need design a fully automated 24-hour operation of boiler for our life. Its main principle is to use coal burning fuel to heat water in the boiler is heated, the water temperature rises, dissipate heat, hot water will be sent to the appropriate area by circulating water pump, cold water back to the boiler. By repeating this process, it can give users heating.To achieve the household coal-fired boiler automatic control, we need design a boiler control system. STM32 is the master chip, using a PT100 temperature sensor acquisition as furnace temperature, water temperature collected data back to the main control chip. Master chip according to the set temperature control fan speed control and stoker coal input and combustion conditions, which regulate the water temperature to meet the requirements of the furnace, at the same time control the pump automatically run the water to the heating area. The control system can be automated boilers, allowing the boiler to run automatically 24 hours, including the ability to automatically add coal and ventilation, can automatically water cycle, capable of temperature control, if the temperature is too high or too low can alert other functions. In order to achieve want remote monitoring, choose SIM900 A module, which has sent text messages and networking capabilities for transferring data, and has applications in many fields. STM32 and SIM900 A through the serial port to connect the data transmission, the temperature data is the transmission of information.By sending the corresponding control commands to achieve the control of the temperature, so as to realize the remote control of household coal boiler.Remote monitoring part to achieve temperature controlling, can reduce the use of coal and saving resources, easy life.Coal-fired boilers can automatically run 24 hours. Boiler system with remote control combined with the home-based single-chip technology, automatic coal-fired boiler heating up, not only to bring to life a lot of convenience.
