With the rapid development of national economy, the social power consumptionincreased year by year. The generator set is given priority to with coal-fired units in ourcountry, coal production of the nation’s nearly60%each year are used in coal-fired powerplants to produce electricity. Coal as a non-renewable energy, each consumption and less so inuse at the same time to save as much as possible, improve the utilization efficiency of it is thekey. The burner is the most main equipment of coal-fired boiler, its effect is through the swingAngle of the nozzle to control the fluctuation of furnace flame center position to control theoutlet temperature of the reheater, at the same time may need fast response in unit powerdispatching center AGC load regulating main steam pressure to increase or decrease theoutput of generating unit to maintain the stability of the power grid load and frequency. At thesame time combined with water spray of the outlet temperature of the reheater desuperheatingauxiliary means to adjust. Burner pendulum Angle control well, means the amount ofdesuperheating water flow can reduce, to achieve the goal of energy saving.This paper will be in guangzhou pearl river power co. LTD.300MW unit as an example,the narration in xinhua XDPS4.0control system under the boiler burner control relatedconfiguration logic design process and related parameters setting adjustment process toachieve automatic control of the burner.In this paper the experimental process, envisaged by changing the control parameter,make the coal combustion process can be better absorbed by boiler heat to achieve energysaving results. In the past nearly a year, through to the burner control related equipmentadjustment of control parameters, the boiler in the heat generated in the process ofcombustion absorption than increase to a certain extent, can produce more of the same fuelsteam to coal on generator power than make more effective use of the limited coal resources.
