| Structure modeling and virtual assembly of the electric vehicle are one of the important contents of researching electric vehicles. This paper mainly adopted different modeling methods to model the appearance of the structure followed by analyzing the relationship of virtual assembly.Firstly, in the process of product design, there are two kinds of modeling methods,top-down design and reverse design. In this paper, Artec Studio and Geomagic Studio software are used in processing data, and then the design of the parts is carried out by the combination of top-down design and reverse design. Regarding Artec Studio, Geomagic Studio and Croe2.0 software as the platform, using reverse engineering technology is used to get the digital model of the existing parts. As a reference, the digital model of another part is built by the top-down design. This method improves the efficiency of product design, and opens up a new way of modeling. At last, the application of electric vehicle parts is applied to other design fields.Then, as the model structure of parts is not too complicated, this paper adopts the CAD design software Creo2.0 to build digital modeling. In the end, the virtual assembly of the parts and the body frame of the electric vehicle exterior structure are completed,and this paper analyzes the assembly process, such as interference analysis, assembly constraint analysis, assembly sequence and assembly quality analysis.Based on Monte Carlo, the model of micro electric vehicle is analyzed, and the optimal tolerance allocation scheme is obtained.The feasibility and reliability of the electric vehicle’s appearance structure model are verified by the virtual assembly analysis.Through the research on the modeling and the relationship of the virtual assembly of the electric vehicle, the design of the model of the electric vehicle is completed, so is the content of the research on the virtual assembly of the electric vehicle, thus it is important to develop the electric vehicle and guide production practice. |
